With my friend Bob Boaks at the 4 Rivers Smokehouse, a family-owned restaurant business specializing in slow-smoked barbecue, homestyle sides, and fresh bakery items in a family-friendly casual dining environment.

It has been named “The Best BBQ in Florida” and one of “The South’s Best BBQ Joints” by Food & Wine and Southern Living Magazines respectively. 4 Rivers Smokehouse Tallahassee was the ninth Smokehouse and is a game day favorite of founder and CEO John Rivers, an FSU alumni and Seminoles fan.
